About
I keep meeting AI consultants who say they can automate anything for any business. I'm not one of them.
I'm Sean. I run AILanding — a one-person operation based in Sydney, working remotely with Australian SMEs. I pick projects where I've personally written code against the actual problem before. Right now that means AI back-office systems for NDIS providers, allied health practices, aged care providers, and tutoring centres.
Before AILanding, I spent two and a half years building these systems independently under my own name. That's where most of the patterns we use now came from. The brand is new; the work isn't.
What I believe about AI back-office
Most AI tools save your existing admin staff a few hours a week. That's fine, but it's not where the leverage is. The leverage is in the next admin hire you were about to make — the A$75–90k full-time role that the system can absorb if it's actually built for your operation.
That word — "actually built" — does most of the work in that sentence. A template doesn't get there. A SaaS subscription doesn't get there. A consultant who's never written the code doesn't get there. What gets there is someone who's shipped this kind of system enough times to know which day-two failure to expect from your specific operation.
What we don't do
We don't promise AI will replace your team. We don't write your customer-facing replies. For high-compliance industries — NDIS, allied health, aged care — our systems are designed so the LLM never sees participant or patient names. PII isolation is built in, not bolted on.
We don't sell ChatGPT subscriptions. We don't run "AI training workshops." We don't bill by the hour. We're not a generic automation agency. We charge A$8,000 to set the system up, A$500/month to keep it running. One price, every operation. The scope shifts with your operation; the number doesn't.
Who we work with
Australian SMEs with 5–100 staff. Smaller than 5 and you don't need this yet — the obvious tools will get you most of the way. Larger than 100 and the architecture is different — we'd lose money trying.
Within that band, we lean into high-compliance operations. The PII-isolation engineering matters most there, and most SaaS tools are built for the US healthcare regulatory environment, not the Australian one. We do the AU homework.
How to engage
Send us your operation in eight short questions. No call until there's something specific to discuss. We reply by email within two business days — yes, no, or a referral if we're not the right shop.
